      • Enclosure: C or O (closed or open)
      • STATE: combined (i.e. VOL means vegetation, open and light)

  • STEP1: PADataSync_log.R

  • STEP 3: PAppm2molm3Step3_log.R
    • From ppm concentrations to mols/m3 and Ambient concentrations
    • input: cleaned ppm data from Step2 (20150526_RingsBert_PATclean.csv)
    • output: cleaned series in mm3 with ambient concentrations (20150526_RingsBert_PATclean2.csv):
